A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This page lists the ones Thallo uses.
Cookies that are always on
Thallo needs these to work. You can't turn them off in Thallo, because without them you can't stay signed in.

The app keeps your signed-in session in your browser's storage, not in a cookie.
Unsaved balance updates are kept as a draft on Thallo's servers with your account, not in your browser, so they don't need a cookie.
Analytics cookies, only if you say yes
Thallo uses Google Analytics to see which screens get used. These cookies are set only after you say yes. If you say no, or ignore the question, they are not set.

<id> stands for Thallo's Google Analytics property identifier.
Google Analytics never receives amounts, account names, notes or anything you type. Page addresses are sent as templates, such as /accounts/[id]. Google processes this data as Thallo's service provider. The privacy policy has more detail.
No advertising cookies
Thallo sets no advertising cookies.
Changing your choice
You can change your analytics choice at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page on this website, or Settings in the app. If you withdraw consent, Thallo stops using the analytics cookies. Thallo deletes them when you withdraw consent.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies that are always on, you won't be able to sign in.
